Replaced the manual workflow with one-click imports via idempotent DynamoDB upserts, eliminating duplicates. Used by the sourcing team to add or update 1,000+ profiles per month.
  • Owned the talent search and discovery experience end-to-end — the primary interface recruiters use to evaluate candidates. Built the Python backend powering search, market-map filtering, and candidate scoring, plus the Vue frontend (slide-out panel, live filter-match highlighting) across ~30 PRs.
  • Designed and built a reusable Tiptap/ProseMirror WYSIWYG editor with custom @mention and link extensions, plus a bidirectional JS ↔ Python serializer that preserves content fidelity across client, API, and storage. Adopted as the organization-wide rich text input by 8+ engineers across notes, messaging, and summaries.
  • Extended a PDL enrichment pipeline keeping ~10K executive profiles current, merging People Data Labs data (experience, board history, bio) into DynamoDB with conflict-resolution logic that preserves internal edits and skips opted-out/self-updated profiles.
  • Led the Vue 2 → Vue 3 migration of the production frontend (~356 files, 30K+ lines), adopting an incremental @vue/compat rollout to keep the app shippable throughout, and upgrading the full toolchain (Vuex, Vue Router, Webpack 5, Test Utils 2) while replacing unsupported libraries (vue-formulate → FormKit).
  • Established the team's end-to-end testing framework in Playwright to de-risk the migration — dependency-chained test flows, reusable authenticated sessions, and CI integration with retries and failure tracing — creating a reusable regression safety net for critical user journeys.
